The bill is of great urgency, the Law Department may request the Assembly Secretariat to publish it in the Gazette before introduction. The Assembly Secretariat shall advise the Departments as soon as is known that a non-official bill, resolution, motion or question has been admitted in its final form, or not admitted, so that the Departments may regulate their action accordingly. Copies of the bills, resolutions, motions, questions and other business to be brought before the Assembly shall be forwarded as soon as received, to the Department concerned by the Assembly Secretariat. The Secretary of the Assembly shall, when the session called by the Governor is nearing completion of its business, obtain the orders of the Governor through the Law Department, as to the date for the prorogation of the Assembly.
